In 2024, University of Rochester graduate Lily Neugebauer was officially initiated as the first President and Founder of the NY Capital Region Chapter. Her efforts in constitutional and legislative reform officially marked the branding of the DAY Society. This new era brings robust checks and balances, new educational programs, and tiered membership incentives. With year round programing and formal operating procedures, Lily has made substantial progress towards her two-year internal reformation project.
