DAY is a premier youth development society focused on empowering the next generation of scholars, leaders, and professionals. Rooted in five core pillars—Scholarship, Leadership, Service, Character, and Citizenship—we foster a dynamic community committed to academic excellence and community service. Through our signature programs, including tailored internships, scholarships, and job shadowing opportunities, we provide high-achieving young adults in the Albany area and beyond with the tools and mentorship necessary to excel in their personal growth. Our mission is to cultivate future leaders who not only excel academically but also embody ethical leadership, service, and a strong sense of civic responsibility.
